Needed to upgrade Ithaca model 37 after adding a 18.5 inch Home Defense barrel. Added this saddle to give a rail to the top of the receiver. with this rail a variety of sights and other accessories can now be added to the shot gun. The fit is very good and is specific for the Ithaca.
