Incomplete, not as described. false advertising. - Alexander Arms .17 Hornady Magnum Rimfire Upper Receiver Build Kit

Does not include handguard, flash hider or barrel nut. Says it comes with carbon fiber handguard and A2 flash hider and it clearly does not. They changed the picture of what is included after I made my purchase, now it adds up...before it was a complete upper, now the picture is just a barrel and upper receiver...its almost like the parts pictured are not worth the $600 price tag. Everything came packaged poorly as well so now I still need to buy more parts to complete my rifle and the $600 upper i did receive is covered in scratches. Good times!
