This muzzle brake helps mitigate recoil in the powerful 50 Beowulf...I would guesstimate around a 35% reduction. The only problem that keeps it from getting a 5 star is that the threads are recessed about an inch inside. This prevents you from just screwing it on and adjusting. I had to cut that part off to get it to thread on my barrel. Hope this helps out with anyone's questions.
