Alg trigger - ALG Defense AK 47/74 Drop-In Trigger Enhanced with Lightning Bow

First off I'll start by saying two of my buddies have this trigger which made me grab one. Now this trigger will not fit in my SLR107R. I can't get it to fire, swap the stock back in and its perfect. It will not set on the trigger shoe hook it stays in the disconnector. ALG told me I needed a new disconnector and it would cost me $20 and have to send my trigger in. I know this isn't the issue as the hammer doesn't even touch the trigger shoe hook when I move the hammer forward. I think my trigger is out of spec but ALG wants to charge me for a part I'm fairly confident won't fix my issue.
