Excellent fit and finish, clean, light, and handles well - ALG Defense Ergonomic Modular Railed Handguard -V2

This is my favorite rail design. It is clean, sits in the hand very well, is very well made, and is very functional. The M-LOK cuts at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 o'clock (60, 120, 180, 240, 300 degrees) makes some accessories more accessible to the hand (especially thumb) for operation. For example, my light mounted at 2 or 10 o'clock is easier to operate with my thumb.

Mounting the proprietary barrel nut is more involved and requires owning or having access to their proprietary nut wrench. The wrench is essential to determining proper torque on the nut. All necessary hardware for shimming the nut are included with the rail apart from the wrench.

All in all, this is a fantastic product.
