The thumb rest is nice to rest your support hand’s thumb on, but it sticks out too far to fit in most holsters. Some less aggressive rests slip in holsters with little to no modification, but for the amount this protrudes, you’ll likely need a custom holster or severely modify your existing holster. I know I’d need to remove too much material to make me feel confident in the structural integrity of the holster.
