Very versatile and comfortable - Allen Baseline Pocket Holster

I bought this at a local store for $13 for my j-frame 642. Right away it seems like it is too big for the gun. I didn't like how low the gun fell into the holster so I just put the gun in it where I wanted it to fit "exactly" and stitched a new profile for the trigger guard. Now it fits perfectly and is at the height I like. I use it both in a pocket as it's designed and AIWB (most often). It stays put and is easy to draw from.

As it is a "one-size fits most" holster I expected it to not be perfect but it is very easy to fix in about 5 minutes with a needle and thread. Another bonus is that my wife's SP-101 also fits it and so does my M&P Compact(pretty good but not perfect).
