This is the first Alpen that I have purchased. It sits atop a CZ 527 in 204 Ruger. The Alpen's size does not overpower the little rifle. Zeroed and did the 4-point walk right back to the first shot. I made the right decision on the Alpen and will buy more.
Pros: Very clear glass edge to edge, ample eye relief
Cons: None
