Bad product bad customer service - American Built Arms Company Urban Sniper Stock X

My initial thoughts about this stock were alright, yes it is a cheap plastic but the adjustability had my cheek-weld perfect every time at the range. When I began hunting with it I found out very quickly this is not meant for hunting as the adjustment knob unthreaded and the cheek piece fell out. I was able to find it and replace the knob, but a week after I fixed it it fell off again. I have now tried to contact the company for months with no replies just to purchase another cheek piece since mine is in the middle of the Montana wilderness. I hope that people read this and choose to spend a few more dollars on good stock with a company that has some actual customer service.
