Yep, true story. A manufacturing problem that they expect the customer and the seller to address instead of them. So the customer and the seller has to deal with their poor workmanship.

I bought this unit with high hopes that it would be worth the money and I could fill it, and forget it for awhile at my out of state lease. It sounded perfect. But, upon assembly impound an error with the manufacturing. So instead of giving the store something to address that they had nothing to do with I did the right thing and I called the manufacturer. Right? Wrong! Quick to respond but not on resolving the issue. After discussing the problem they stated that it would cost them $200 to ship the replacement barrel. So they said take it back to the store and let them deal with it. REALLY!!! Talk abut passing the buck! So if you are looking for reliability, a quality made product, quality support from the vendor, or just something that works well and as advertised this is not that product. Country Truth!
