Ameriglo haven red dot - AmeriGlo Haven Handgun Carry Ready Combo 1x28mm 3.5 MOA Red Dot Sight

Bought the combo. Iron sights included were fine and I had them installed by gunsmith. Unfortunately, the red dot sight sent was defective. Dot was considerably off center once installed and also had a ding above and below glass on front of sight. Have returned and once new red dot sight is shipped and then installed, I will provide update. I am hoping this was an isolated case. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer.
