The sight is easy to install (with the $3 tool) and is easy to acquire visually. The colored outline really helps when speed counts as it helps me focus on the front sight.

I highly recommend this in conjunction with a normal two-dot rear night sight. It is a combo that works well in bright and low-light situations.
