In depth review of ifak - AR500 Armor Quick Detachment and Deployable IFAK Pouch

As an EMT I like to purchase and evaluate various IFAKs which stands for Individual First Aid Kits. This kit is relatively high value. It includes basic items to address the MARCH algorithm including an NPA, Israeli bandage, Vented Chest Seal, Hemostatic gauze, standard gauze, Sheers, gloves, casualty card with marker, and combat medical tape. The only thing I would recommend putting in here is a Decomp needle (but only if you have the training to use one), and to replace the included SWAT t with a real tq like the CAT gen 7. Good on Armored Republic for including these items for the price they are, and for including American Medical Association approved items. Recommend for kit or vehicle usage.
