Extremely accurate ak-12 replica – outstanding detail and function - Arcturus AK12 Updated AEG Feature Enhance

I purchased the Arcturus AK12 Updated AEG Feature Enhance from Optics Planet, and I'm genuinely impressed by the overall realism and build quality of this replica.

First off, the weight and feel are extremely close to the real AK-12. It has a solid, authentic heft that adds to the realism right out of the box. The muzzle device is another standout—once you remove the plastic orange flash hider (which mimics a standard AR-15 device), you'll find a replica of the Russian original that looks spot-on.

The folding stock is excellent. It not only looks like the real Russian AK-12 stock but also folds and locks in place just like the real thing. Same goes for the magazine -- it inserts with that smooth, precise motion reminiscent of the Izhmash factory version.

I was particularly impressed by the smooth, true-to-life movement of the safety lever. It behaves just like the one on the actual firearm, with the same tactile feedback. The receiver markings are also a highlight, replicating the originals with impressive accuracy.

Trigger pull is smooth and crisp, offering a satisfying and responsive shooting experience. One minor issue: the included rear sight, which is an accurate copy of the factory version, didn't slide in easily. I had to lightly tap it into place with a nylon-tipped gunsmithing mallet. Once installed, though, it looks and functions perfectly.

If you're looking for a realistic AK-12 AEG that respects the original design down to the smallest details, this is a fantastic choice. Arcturus really nailed it with this one.
