Dave Guye's Review of Arken Optics 5-25X56 34mm Tube First Focal Plane Rifle Scope
After it’s taking a couple of weeks, looking at different scopes, check and reviews and actually talking with some of the companies I decided on the Arlen Ep5 and I’m sure glad I did. The glass is Japanese and is very clear. We’re such an inexpensive scope.. the turrets are bigger than most scopes but I actually find them a plus because they’re so easy to read and it’s such good solid click when making adjustments.
Pros:
- Great glass easy to see turrets, solid, sounding click for adjustments
- Great glass easy to read turrets, solid, sounding, clicks for adjustments
Cons:
- None
- Only con I have is that I had to go to a soft case to hold my rifle as the scope is a little too wide for any of my hard cases
Best Used for:
- Long range, shooting or target shooting at any distance out to 1000 yards
