This is a very good device. You don't need to operate a screw driver to mount it onto your rifle. You just attach it easily to you daytime scope. It would take much time to change scopes every time I decided to go night hunting if I bought nv scope. What's great is that it needs no rezeroing. At the range I started at 100 yards and hit all target
