Poor customer service from armasight - Armasight Gen 3 1x Day/Night Vision Clip-On System

Bought March 2018. A orange flashing square appears and goes away randomly on different areas of viewing screen. After calling Armasight/ Flir was given a RMA number. Sent the device in. Have called many times over the months. Can never talk to anyone or get calls returned as of Jan 2019. The only way to talk to someone is to call sales. They are very glad to take your money, but have no customer service. I have bought two Flir thermals. One Armasight thermal and this Armasight LR Night vision clipon. For the money I have spent I expect customer service. Have got none. If you buy one of their products, just hope it works. If not your out of luck.
