Love the features!! super intuitive - Armasight Contractor 320 3-12x25mm Thermal Rifle Scope

I was skeptical about the new Armasight Contractor line up. Trying to compare it to the old Armasight Scopes that were built like tanks. The Apollo and Zeus were heavy, but they stood up to a lot of hard use and are still working!

I have been pleasantly surprised by the new Contractor 320 3-12x. The external knobs are very intuitive and make changing color palettes, reticles and reticle color extremely easy by just selecting the menu and rotating knobs. It also has a cool feature where you can lock out the turrets by clicking the left turret 3x times so you do not accidentally bump it and change a pallet or pull up a menu. The thing that really impressed me most was how easy it was to zero this scope on my rifle. I was on target and dead center in 2 shots! No menus to go through and buttons to hold and 3 different menus to memorize like some of the others I've tried. Its so intuitive that I did not even read the manual, which I probably should. I should mention that this scope is American made, that's a big deal to me.

Honestly, for a 320 resolution unit it is clearer than some of the 384 units I own that are way lacking on features comparatively.

So far, my Contractor 320 is durable and has withstood south Texas heat and dust plus bouncing around in the front seat of a side by side or a truck all summer when checking fields for hogs. I really like this unit and excited to see what else is coming around the corner from Armasight.
