Bad product - Armasight XLR-IR850 Detachable X-Long Range Infrared Illuminator

Ordered this IR Illuminator and had to wait an excessively long time to receive it. Unboxed it all excited to finally have a powerful illuminator. I have several 18650 batteries on hand I use for other devices. I installed the battery and turned it on to minimum setting. It lit up. Went through the intensity settings and noticed the led flickering. Swept the switch back and forth and light went out and never came back on again. Really disappointed in this product and come first thing Tomorrow, I will be contacting OP for return shipping label and will specify I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER ONE OF THESE! I guess I will have to settle for the ATN 850 Pro. Should have went that way from the beginning. But I opted for the one with raving reviews about so bright it was too bright etc. spent the extra money and am not happy at all. Extra cash, Ridiculous wait to receive it. And I don’t work anyhow??
