Great unit - Armasight Nyx-7 PRO Gen 2+ ID 1x27mm MG Night Vision Goggle w/ Manual Gain

I have been using Nyx-7 Pro night vision goggles for a few months,so now I have some certain things to say about its performance. When the night time conditions were not extreme, i.e. no moon but some stars, I could detect a human size objects at about 100-150 yards which I think is pretty good for 1x NVG. However, I also wanted to use it as binoculars with additional magnification. And that’s where this unit has great advantage – optional 5x and 8x magnifying lenses are available and I got both. So I can go from hands free to long range binos very fast. I would recommend also getting bigger IR. It is a nice accessory that makes a difference some nights.
