Great monocular and head gear. - Armasight OPMOD GEN1M 1.0 Limited Edition Gen 1 Night Vision Monocular / Goggle w/ Head Mount

I really enjoyed this nvg the reason I gave it four stars is because it stopped working. I returned to optics planet and ordered the armasight vega gen 1 kit. I'm big on second chances. Overall I could find my way around in the dark. Slapped on the armasight IR810 LR illuminator and it worked like a charm. I used this for night time hog hunting out in the middle of nowhere. So the long range illuminator definitely is needed if that's what you're using it for, This is a fun little monocular. I found that it works better with my left eye. Maybe Its more dominant. Overall great nvg.
