Information gap - Armasight Zeus Pro 2-16x50mm 640x512 30 HZ Thermal Imaging Rifle Scopes

The equipment so far has delighted me. It is very good compared to those thermal units I've seen before. My problem that drops the rating from 5 stars to 3 is the fact that there was no information that told me this was a discontinued product. I called Armasport to ask a technical question and was told they were discontinued in a business shuffle. They will honor warranty, but there might be a parts problem etc. That is a high price to pay without Optics Planet disclosing that news. I would highly recommend the unit, but there should have been large discount for discontinuation. Or, I should have had the choice to buy or not under the circumstances.
