Bolt catch/release differences between 2 packs - Armaspec AR10 Gun Builders Lower Parts Kit

I would like to start by stating that this is a solid AR10 LPK for the money. There are only a few issues/gripes I have. First, as the title states, I've bought 2 of these LPKs. The first was a lerfect fit for my Aero M5 stripped upper and lower. The only gripe I have with that build was that the pivot pins do not protrude enough to make the break down of the rifle completely "toolless". The second LPK went on an M5 upper and a Radical Firearms 308 lower. The bolt catch/release that came in that pack was a completely different design. It still "fit" in the lower but it was bigger and bulkier. So much so that it did not have enough clearance for the bolt catch to pivot upward enough to catch the bolt. It would simply just hit the inside frame of the upper. I should have taken a picture beforehand but i had to remove quite a bit of material with a belt grinder and a file to make it functional. I was thinking of replacing it anyway with a Phase 5 bolt catch but now I definitely am and sooner rather than later. Just upset at the huge design difference that made my rifle not completely functional after spending so much time and money piecing it together. I'm sure the manufacturer would have tried to make it right but I didn't feel like dealing with the back and forth.
