Amazing clarity, awesome reticle. - Athlon Optics Cronus BTR Gen II UHD APRS1 4.5-29x56mm Rifle Scopes

Looing through a scope without something to compare to is like thinking Eve was the most beautiful woman on earth when she was the only one. LOL. I have been a fan of Athlon for their budget minded offerings and this is my fourth purchase from them. With that being said, I have a very similar scope from Athlon at the opposite end of the spectrum (price wise), the Argos BTR. Both variables with Cronus at 29X and the Argos at 34X. For the money, the Argos is a great scope; I have two. I have been able to put in a 5-shot group at a 100 yds under .400" with an LR-10. Four of those shots were under .250.
I decided to go high end on this purchase since it is for a bolt action PRS application. I was able to look at the same patch of ground for comparison purposes at about 540 yds. The Cronus has noticeably better clarity (as it should). Also, the reticle is thinner and I really love having the single dot on center. I have not taken it to the range yet but very excited to do so.
Have not had the chance to compare in lower light levels but will do so soon.
