Works great…in daytime - Atibal SLR-1 Solar Red Dot Sight

I love this optic. It’s seemingly rock solid- holds zero and seems to be everything it’s claimed to be. I have this on the timney edition CheTac CT15 as a patrol rifle for law enforcement. The red dot performs flawlessly as advertised in daytime ops. However, half way through a mag on the first time in total darkness, the reticle went out. Would flash on and off with recoil but had to relay on backup sights to get the job done during training. Attempted to contact manufacturer for warranty and have gotten crickets and their website isn’t working properly so i can’t submit an online claim. Still working on that, I’ve sent an email but it’s the weekend so i don’t expect an immediate response
