2nd atibal redot both failed first time at range - Atibal SLR-1 Solar Red Dot Sight

Had a atibal striker red dot failed at 100 rounds (9mm) wouldn't turn off. Atibal replaced it with the slr-1. The lifetime warranty is difficult, they did replace and upgrade but they don't answer their phone straight to voicemail and never returned a call frustrating. After long wait for the SLR-1 seemed like a nice heavy duty red dot. After again about 100 rounds red dot turns on and off. Loosening and tightening battery cover will get it to eventually stay on for short time. Stays on with solar but battery is 50/50 on turning on without messing with battery cover. Atibal red dots just don't seem to last pass 1 day at the range. Considering this is on 9mm carbine I can't imagine how it would hold up on a rifle caliber....
