I bought this item for a Tikka T3X to replace a GG G bipod. I loved the GG G model, but I needed something taller. I read the 2 privious reviews and I thought for sure, this was IT. It's made well. The legs have a clever mechanism, but with the legs fully extended this area is pretty shakey. Not at all like the previous bipod. Seems like at this price point there should be no question as to the rigidity of the product. Save your money
