Product not ready for prime time and atn has terrible customer service - ATN Rangefinder BinoX 4K 4-16x40mm Smart Day/Night Rangefinder Binoculars

I ordered this product directly from ATN when they were having a $90 off sale and got them new for $810. They striver pretty quick and at first I was happy until I noticed a rattle inside them. For almost $1k I wasn’t happy with that and decided to send them back and exchange them.

As soon as the shipper registered the pickup ATN sent a new replacement and I got them about four days later. I tested these out and these have the same rattle as the first (like something is lose inside the body) when they are tilted back and forth.

I again was not happy and called ATN to ask what was going on. Two of the same product has the same issue. I asked them if they do quality control and you would had thought I had just asked the representative on the other side the temperature on Mars. They acted as is this was a foreign idea. I told them if all their products of this model have the same defect I will just send these back and they can issue me a refund. They said they had heard of this before, but it was not that common. Still not being happy, I said OK, I’ll give it one more shot. So I sent them back and this time instead of sending me a new replacement they opened up a repair and expected me to wait. I was pissed, but I decided I would give them some time to see if they could resolve the issue. After waiting over two weeks and constantly either getting the run around from their reps, them not answering their phone, or me leaving a message that no one ever returned, I had had it.

I finally got someone on the line and asked for the status of the repair order to which they had no idea like it had not even beef started yet. I said please cancel my order and refund my money. They did and 10 days later I got my refund.

The entire event took about two months from my original purchase to my refund and was a waste of my time. I hope other out there get a good product and are happy with it. I will not be giving this company another chance since their products for mean failed multiple times and their customer service was severely lacking.
