Worth the beans? - ATN PVS7-3 1x27mm Night Vision Goggles

All things considered, I wouldn't spend this much money. I have found many uses for them in the park, you can't imagine!
The headgear design doesn't allow for "Flip Up", they just slide away from your eyes a couple of inches, leaving the options of disconnecting them from the headgear, or removing the headgear and monocular. Headgear is made for the smaller hat size crowd and if your are much larger than a 7, or 7 1/8 in hat size your comfort level is going to be limited without a few Excedrin.
But everyone who looks thru them, wants them, the cool factor is really high and the optics are incredible.
Pros: weight, simplicity of operation, clarity, way cool!
Cons: Headgear for pinheads
