Disappointed - ATN Aries MK 350 Guardian Night Vision Rifle Scope

MK 350 has rated almost with 5 stars, all the reviews are positive but what I got is just embarrassing! Yes, I didn't wait too long for my order as it was already in stock and Optics Planet delivered it in time BUT the device didn't work. Of course I called customer service and tried to solve the problem and I was promised that the scope will be changed. Well, I think I deserved more quick delivery and again no luck. The box seemed to be opened and a bit crushed and honestly, the image I saw through MK 350 didn't impress me at ALL! What was that? I really didnt expect such service and device quality. Sorry, but I'm very disappointed and would hardly buy anything from ATN again!
