The older I get the more I appreciate smaller, lighter equipment that does not sacrafice quality or the availability of mutiple add on components that increase offer you increased mission usefulness. . Image quality is outstanding. Very few, small dark spots in the outer edge of the image area. I also appreciate the choice of two different power supplies (AA-cheap and easy to find versus CR123A which costs more and can be a little harder to find but offers better cold weather performance). Lastly, I find that because it is smaller and lighter, the head mounted goggle kit, is more comfortable and can be worn for a longer period of time with lass pucker factor.

Pros: amazing image quality, small and light weight, dual power choices
Cons: available weapon mount could be better built
