I purchased this unit for marine application and it does the just quite well. I tried to use rangefinder sometimes and it really helps. The only cons is the weight. But since i don't need to carry it all the time - it's not a big deal.
Pros: waterproof, comes with rangefinder
Cons: a little bit heavy
