Highly impressed with quality & function of the unit so far. Waiting for the adapter to mount it on my helmet to put it through its operational paces. I did have a small issue of the helmet mount not being included with the unit. I contacted ATN through their website, and received a timely response that evening. ATN Account Manager Ethan Via made contact with me, and was able to address and correct my problem right away. My experience with ATN customer support has made me a loyal customer for all my thermal and night vision needs.
