Atn thor 4 and help from jacob maynard - ATN ThOR 4 2.5-25x50mm Thermal Smart HD Rifle Scope

In September of 2022, I purchased a Thor 4 thermal scope from Optics planet.
Through my first reason using the scope, I bagged 7 coyotes.
On my last trip of the season, I dropped my tripod, gun and scope on the pavement.
The scope remained "on" but the screen was white.
I turned to scope "off" and restarted it.
It started to flash on and off repeatedly, like a strobe light.
The next morning, I called ATN and spoke with Jacob, he sent me a shipping label.
and I returned the scope to ATN for repair.
They received the scope on a Monday and by Friday it was sent back to me.
The fixed the software issue and installed the latest firmware.
At NO CHARGE.
I will continue to use my ATN and will recommend their products to others.
