Atn thor 5 5x40 - ATN Thor 5 5-40x 640x480 12 Micron Smart HD Thermal Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube w/ Gen 5 Sensor

Received my thermal scope yesterday and was impressed with packaging and content. Everything was there that was supposed to be. I pulled out the instructions and started by charging up my scope to secure the battery. Once the scope was charged I started into the process of setting up the scope for use. I did not mount it on a rifle as it is a bit bulky to handle and doing the set up off of the weapon is a lot safer. Now the problem began when I powered up the scope and all I can see is green fog. I went through the routine recommended for connecting WiFi. I was able to get the WiFi on my phone but I was never able to get the scope or the app to connect. Blue tooth could not find the scope. At this point I thought I should follow the instructions and upload the most recent firmware. Found that on line and followed instructions. Now the WiFi password is no longer recognized, Bluetooth still doesn’t work and I can only see a green fog in the scope. The very nice package is easy to put everything back just like I received it and send it back. Very disappointed that quality checks were not done before shipping. Also, if I pay this much for a device you can always put a micro SD card in the box. I have read rave reviews about these scopes and expect the replacement will be much better but for now it gets a 1 rating.
