Carroll's Review of ATN Thor 5 LRF 4-32x 640x480 12 Micron Smart HD Thermal Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube w/ Gen 5 Sensor

I accidentally inserted the SD card incorrectly and it got stuck inside the scope. The scope buttons wouldn’t work. I called ATN support. Rod Gerard answered my call and authorized an RMA and sent me a prepaid FEDEX label immediately. I shipped the scope to ATN. It was returned in 13 days working perfectly and with the SD card. Rod is very professional and a good communicator. The ATN scope is awesome.
