Atn customer service is awesome - ATN ThOR-HD 1.25-5x Thermal Smart HD Rifle Scope w/WiFi, GPS

A big thank you to Faris Oran who is the account Manager for ATN Corp. He really went above and beyond. When I received my ThOR-HD I had an issue with it being locked up including inoperable buttons and a whited out screen, making a call he asked me a few questions and had me try a few things, making the conclusion it needed to be sent back to ATN. He was extremely professional and prompt. I couldn’t ask for better service and I highly recommend, should anyone have an issue in the future with their ATN product make an attempt to get in touch with this gentleman.
