Does not turn on. - ATN ThOR LT 320 3-6x30mm 30mm Tube Thermal Rifle Scope

Well after spending a stupid amount of money in 2 day shipping between this and my tripod, battery pack etc. to get this thing in time for a coyote tournament, it shows up, I sight it in. Looks great works fine. Get to my first hunting spot and it will not turn on. Tried repeatedly over the course of 12hrs and no luck. Have attempted to charge it multiple times. No luck. Screen flashes red then immediately goes black. I Contacted ATN and they told me well it has to come in, So now am I not only out all my money in 2 day shipping for nothing, I’m out the ammo it took to sight it in. (No truly 1 shot zero) I asked the guy from ATN if they were reimbursing my 2 day shipping charges and he tells me I should have bought it through ATN rather than optics planet then we could discuss it. I’m back to good old fashioned red lights for my tournament.
