I've invested much time in research for scopes in USD 500-700 range before purchasing this one. The image is clear both on the display and on videos, no problem with focusing it on short and long range targets. I even gave it a try at 800 yards / target 20" X 20", and it performed well (I wouldn't dare to shoot a deer so far away, but for sand bags I have no mercy, haha).
