Good company and great customer service - ATN X-Sight-II 3-14x SmartHD Day/Night Rifle Scope

My xsight 2 was on a scar17 and I’m not sure if the high caliber is what caused the issue or if it was just wear, but ATN customer service and the company as a whole is awesome. The xsight quit holding zero, so I sent it in and they are replacing it even though it is discontinued. I also bought a PVS14 that is a phenomenal night vision device. If you’re on the fence, and you have the extra cash I would definitely go that route with a night vision compatible Eotech. I got the white phosphorous gen 3 version and it’s like daylight. Anyway, long story short, my Customer service rep. was Ross, and he did an excellent job through the whole ordeal. I asked a million questions because that’s a lot of money for the PVS14 but he did great through it all. I would definitely recommend the company as a whole. And I’ve read a lot of reviews downing their customer service, and I want to make sure I put it out that WAS NOT the case for me. Also, the xsight was an awesome scope right up to the point it quit holding zero. I think it would be better on an ar 5.56 platform, and it would hold up for a lot longer.
