Atn x sight ltv 3x9 - ATN X-Sight LTV 3-9x30mm Day/Night Hunting Rifle Scope

While I was really excited when I first got the scope, my review is pretty poor-
It sighted in fantastically, I was amazed at how simple the "One shot set-up worked". It really was simple-
Software was great, (I was worried it might be so complex that I would need the manual in the field).
Quality of the light amplifiers was better than I expected. In low light of dawn and dusk, you just turn it on, with no need for additional illumination from IR sources.
Now the bad part- in the field. I got caught in the rain (downpour) while on my first hunt with it. It is my belief now that this system is not even water resistant. It fogged so bad, that the rifle was useless for the rest of the trip. So, if you are a fair weather hunter only, you might be giving this scope 5 stars. I work too hard to get the time off and the opportunity for the right hunts, and won't let a "sunshine only" scope dictate my ability to follow my passion for hunting.
