James's Review of ATN X-Sight LTV 3-9x30mm Day/Night Hunting Rifle Scope

The ATN X-Sight LTV is the first night vision I have used. I found the controls intuitive and easy to use. It is more like shooting in the light of a flashlight than I expected. I did not opt for the upgraded illuminator and maybe should have. Overall I have been very pleased.
Pros:
  • Affordable
Cons:
  • To focus the image you have to turn the scopes bell manually, that makes wing shooting a running animal very difficult.
Best Used for:
  • Stand predator control
