This is garbage. Do not buy. Unfortunately i had to give it at least one star to warn others. It arrived and looked somewhat intact. However then I noticed that the lense nearest the eye looked a little funky/off center. Still i didnt care. I knew what i bought would be a lower quality due to the cheaper price. I was mounting it on a 22lr for some plinking didnt need much. Fastened it down to the top rail, and then bam, within two minutes the front lenses have now fallen out. Its poopoo.

It was my own fault, I should have known better..... I was just trying to put 'something' on a new rifle to check out the functioning and operation of a new 'build' The front glass on this red dot fell inward the first time I touched it with the cleaning cloth, before even using it at all. It was not however, the actual front "screen" on which the red dot is projected.... and I figure I could disassemble and put it back in place. I went ahead and used it, since the location and positioning of the red dot did not seem to be affected. Unfortunately I was trying to use it on a rifle with a fair amount of recoil, and within 4 rounds, it was destroyed internally. I does indeed have nice bright "dots" (not so much in 'blue"), and might work okay on something that has little recoil The description of this red dot needs to have a disclaimer that it is NOT built to be used on anything much more than a .22 rifle.
