Hopefully replacement works - AXIL Ghost Stryke Extreme Ear Buds

Got these as a gift for Christmas 2020, tried them out and had a bunch of static, crackling and a loud ear damaging whistle. Contacted axil CS and was told they would replace them this one time! What do they mean this one time? If your product is defective you should repair/replace/refund till it’s right! To top it off went on their website to leave a review stating would update the review when replacements arrived. Apparently they censor all the low star reviews. In short, NO do not buy these as they suck in all the fields they state to excel in! Or at least my pair did. If replacement pair works will update review! Let’s see if OP allows this review....
