20" dmr barrel - Ballistic Advantage Performance Series 5.56 AR Rifle Barrels

I ordered a 20" Ballistic Advantage barrel with a rifle length gas system. My AR would not cycle with this installed. I ruled out every other possibility and contacted BA directly for support. I learned that their 20" barrels have a gas port size of 0.089" which is very small compared to the recommended minimum of 0.0935". BA support is awesome, all 3 stars I gave are because of how awesome their support is. I do not recommend buying this specific barrel because it most likely will not run on ANY rifle unless it is suppressed or the gas port is enlarged. BA products are normally fantastic. It's a shame they didn't test their design before selling it.
