My gun shoots this round very well and I have had great success with it in the past. It is very rare to actually find a round in an animal I’ve taken because it usually passes straight through even on quartering game. The rounds I have found though were full weight retention minus the ballistic tip.
Pros:
- Great penetration and expansion
Cons:
- Not all guns shoot monolithic bullets well
Best Used for:
- Medium-heavy game
