Deadly but seem to have qa issues - Barnes Vor-Tx .308 Winchester 168gr TTSX BT Rifle Cartridges

I picked up a few boxes of Barnes TTSX this year and I was pleased with the accuracy, but I have had 3 misfires already between two boxes purchased at the same time. One of these misfires was on a follow up shot on an oryx that had me sweating it. I've tried contacting Barnes, but the only method was via phone, and they have not returned my call. Rounds that work have been quite deadly, but I am disappointed overall in the quality issue coupled with the lack of customer service. Without confirming I simply got a bad batch, it would be hard to recommend these.
