Good for the money - Barska 1x50 Red Dot Scope AC10332 - 5 MOA Illuminated Reticle Red Dot Sight

Pat's Review of Barska 1x50 Red Dot Scope AC10332 - 5 MOA Illuminated Reticle Red Dot Sight
I thought most red dots were supposed to be "wherever the red dot is, that's where the bullet will hit." And although I haven't tried it out at the range yet, just turning it on and looking through it, you have to have your eye pretty much directly behind the center of the glass. If you move even an inch to the left or right, the red dot will drift and deform in the opposite direction. I think it will still be very usable, just doesn't act like a reflex sight would.
Pros:
Inexpensive
Large reticle size
Good adjustability
Cons:
Relatively poor red dot function
Best Used for:
Home Defense
plinking
Close Range
