The first pair that I received had a plastic thread underneath the objective lens ( the large lens) causing blurry vision in the left occular ( the small lens). I exchanged them for a new pair, but this pair had double vision--the optics were not alligned correctly. I gave up on the Barska brand and ordered a Celestron brand instead which costed less. The celestron brand works ok and is well worth the price!!
