Was going for a classy M16 looking build, and this scope definitely looks the part. The quality of the scope seems good, and it does appear to be waterproof and somewhat shock proof. This scope is made in China if that's a deal breaker to you, and it's fairly clear why as the material is good, but can be scuffed. If you're looking for a scope that looks good on the rifle for Larping around the house, definitely a must have. Also great for taking to the range when you have time to search for your reticle, otherwise if you're looking for quick acquisition with relatively good eye relief, this optic is not for you. With an A2 stock, you'll have to Crane your neck forward a decent amount to see the optic, and even then you get black circle overlap on the edges of your view. Reticle itself is great, but I may recommend the mil-dot version if you're doing distance greater than 100 yards.
